By accessing or using the ETNPro platform (hereinafter “the Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. Any subsequent use constitutes ongoing acceptance. We may update these Terms at any time; displaying the update date binds the user upon their next login.
ETNPro offers an online software service (SaaS) that enables private groups made up of trusted individuals (friends, family, colleagues) to organize their collective contributions (funds, schedules, planning, reminders, tracking).
ETNPro never intervenes in financial transactions nor manages users’ funds. We only provide a framework for organization, tracking, and communication.
- Access is reserved for adult users (18 years or older).
- When registering, you certify that your information is accurate and up to date.
- Each user is responsible for the security of their credentials. Any use of your account commits you.
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful or unethical purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Identity theft, harassment, hate speech
- Spam, manipulation, or fraud
- Any attempt to interfere with third-party funds or financial activities outside the group
All structure, interface, logos, graphics, code, documentation, and software tools of the Platform remain the exclusive property of ETNPro. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without authorization is prohibited.
Users may subscribe to paid plans to access Platform features (circle management, tracking, notifications, etc.).
These payments are billed by ETNPro as a SaaS service.
No amounts are collected or redistributed by ETNPro to other users.
Payment terms, pricing, and refund conditions are clearly stated on the receipts/invoices provided after each payment.
ETNPro cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, data loss, business interruption, or harm related to the use of the service. Users are solely responsible for complying with the rules agreed upon within their group.
Data, schedules, communications, and actions are entirely your individual or collective responsibility. This limitation of liability aligns with standard SaaS practices.
Our Privacy Policy (link available in the footer) explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, LPD, etc.).
By using the Platform, you consent to your data being processed to provide and improve the Platform’s services.
ETNPro reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in case of:
- serious or repeated violations of the Terms of Use
- non-payment or fraud
- legal or judicial request
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the country where ETNPro is incorporated.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country. A mediation or arbitration clause may apply according to local legislation.
