Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

ETNPro is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting personal data. This notice explains what information we process when you use the ETNPro website and services, why we use it, and the choices and rights available to you. Where applicable, processing is subject to the GDPR and other relevant data-protection laws.

1. Data Controller and Contact

The Platform is operated by ETONTINE NETWORK LLC. The business address provided for the operator is NM 87120, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@honeydew-bison-866754.hostingersite.com.

If you are in the EEA or another region whose law requires a local representative or additional controller details, those details will be provided where applicable.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us and information generated while you use the Platform, to the extent needed for the features you choose:

  • Account and identity details, such as username, name, email address, and account credentials. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable text.
  • Optional profile details, including phone or WhatsApp number, country, city, preferred language, currency, and profile photo.
  • Tontine and community information, including invitations, membership, contributions, schedules, and activity records.
  • Messages, delivery/read status, and related support or notification records.
  • Balance and transaction records, including recharge, transfer, contribution, payout, refund, or withdrawal-request details and references.
  • Where you use bank-transfer or withdrawal features: beneficiary/account details such as account-holder name and IBAN/RIB, and receipts or payment proofs you upload. These documents may contain financial information. Card or crypto-payment details, when applicable, are handled by the payment provider you choose; check that provider’s privacy notice.
  • Technical and security information such as session cookies, IP address, device/browser information, access timestamps, and security logs.

3. How We Use Information and Legal Grounds

We use information to create and operate accounts; provide tontine, balance, transaction, messaging, and notification features; authenticate users and secure the service; respond to support requests; prevent misuse; and meet legal or accounting obligations. Depending on the context and applicable law, the legal ground may be performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Platform, your consent (which you may withdraw where consent is the ground), or compliance with a legal obligation.

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that support hosting, security, email, notifications, payment processing, or customer support, under appropriate contractual and confidentiality safeguards. Information may also be shared with other participants when necessary for a tontine, P2P conversation, or transaction you choose to use, and where required by law or to protect users and the Platform.

Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where data-protection law requires it, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards. Ask us using the contact details above for more information about relevant safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, while your account is active, and as needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. Unverified registration accounts are scheduled for removal after 15 minutes. Some transaction, security, or accounting records may need to be retained for longer where law requires or permits it. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it where feasible.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to request restriction of or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

To make a request, email contact@honeydew-bison-866754.hostingersite.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect your account.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar storage that are needed for sign-in, sessions, security, and essential Platform preferences. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, we will provide any notice and choice required by applicable law before using them.

8. Security

We use safeguards intended to protect information, including HTTPS for connections and password hashing. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password, keep your credentials private, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Children

ETNPro is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly invite children to register. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date above shows when this notice was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or another appropriate channel where required.

This notice should be checked against ETNPro’s actual providers, data locations, legal entity details, and retention practices, and reviewed by qualified privacy counsel before being relied on as legal advice.
