1. Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing or using the ETNPro platform (hereinafter “the Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. Any subsequent use constitutes ongoing acceptance. We may update these Terms at any time; displaying the update date binds the user upon their next login.

2. Description of Services

ETNPro provides online software to help private groups of people who know and trust one another organize tontines, contributions, schedules, reminders, records, and communications. The Platform also offers balance and transaction features, which may include recharges, transfers, tontine contributions, payouts, and withdrawal requests, depending on the user’s location and the methods enabled in the app.

For some methods, transactions are facilitated through third-party payment providers or designated P2P referrers. ETNPro records transaction status and applies credits or debits according to the workflow shown in the Platform. The exact handling, timing, confirmation requirements, and availability depend on the selected method and the information displayed before you confirm an operation.

3. Registration and Access Conditions

• Access is reserved for adult users (18 years or older).
• When registering, you certify that your information is accurate and up to date.
• Each user is responsible for the security of their credentials. Any use of your account commits you.

4. Prohibited Behaviors

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful or unethical purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Identity theft, harassment, hate speech
• Spam, manipulation, or fraud
• Any attempt to interfere with third-party funds or financial activities outside the group

In case of violation, ETNPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All structure, interface, logos, graphics, code, documentation, and software tools of the Platform remain the exclusive property of ETNPro. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

6. Payments and Transaction Features

The Platform may facilitate or record recharges, P2P transfers, contributions, payouts, refunds, and withdrawal requests using the methods available in the app. Certain payment steps may be handled by third-party providers or designated referrers and may require confirmation or review before a balance is credited or released.

A displayed Platform balance is an account record used by ETNPro to track activity; it is not, by itself, a statement that funds are held in a personal bank account. Availability, fees, limits, processing times, and refund conditions depend on the chosen method and are shown in the Platform or by the relevant provider before confirmation. Review those details before submitting a transaction.

7. Liability

ETNPro cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, data loss, business interruption, or harm related to the use of the service. Users are solely responsible for complying with the rules agreed upon within their group. Data, schedules, communications, and actions are entirely your individual or collective responsibility. This limitation of liability aligns with standard SaaS practices.

8. Privacy & Data Processing

ETNPro processes personal data to provide the Platform and its features. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about the categories of data collected, purposes of use, retention, disclosures, and privacy rights, subject to applicable regulations.

9. Suspension or Termination

ETNPro reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in case of serious or repeated violations of the Terms of Use, non-payment or fraud, or a legal or judicial request. In the event of termination, your data may be deleted after a specified period, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the country where ETNPro is incorporated. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country. A mediation or arbitration clause may apply according to local legislation.
